February ❤️ The Bridge to Spring...

Happy Valentines Day! ❤️ Better late than never!

But as my previous post-blog note said - it’s not about getting more done!

February is the month that’s like the bridge between Winter & Spring. It’s a time when I start to dream about longer days, flowers, & a garden that doesn’t look like a graveyard.

It is also though, the ultimate weather wildcard. One day, you’re looking at a bright blue sky and thinking Spring might be early this year; the next, you’re scraping ice off your car! It’s as if the universe thought, “Let’s make people work for March.” But hey, it gives us plenty to complain about, so at least it’s useful for that.

Recently, my Sister reminded me about my healing crystals, which were always my ‘go to’ helper in times of need. I would usually wear a crystal daily, but lately haven’t been so much. I think I just sort of ‘lost my faith’ a little after some significant life events. But today I was very drawn to wear my Amethyst… & then I did some research & remembered. If you are drawn to a particular crystal - the universe is telling you that you probably need its help…

Amethyst (February’s Birthstone)

Enhances spiritual awareness and intuition.

Supports emotional healing and stress relief

Helps with better sleep and relaxation

And you can also try this month…

Rose Quartz for Love & Heart Healing

The stone of unconditional love and compassion.

Heals the heart from past emotional wounds.

Encourages self-love and inner peace.

Perfect for strengthening romantic relationships (great for Valentine’s vibes!)

These crystals align perfectly with February’s themes of love, intuition, renewal, and emotional healing… making them great tools for spiritual growth this month!

Embrace February. It might be fleeting, but it’s got a lot of heart & Spring is at the end of the bridge I promise!

And if you’ve got this far, my song of the month is Gracie Abrams:
